NOPE NOT TODAY!

Stop what you doing cause God want to interrupt the image and the time that you are used to. These are not the words of the song by Digital Underground, I rap group that I jammed to back in 90s, but that is what came to mind when I revisited this post.

Not everything is for you and you still can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. My sheep hear my voice.  Your time is precious.  Don't waste it with these technological inventions.  They have a purpose for me and that is to reach the unreachable. Spend time seeking me in my Word. Be cautious of... time thieves! Use your time wisely.  Purposely plan out your day.  I want to walk with you through your day. In your planning, consult me.  Put all your plans against my will for you on that day.  What I need you to do will ultimately give you peace. What I need you to put down will frustrate you and have you going in circles. 1 Cor. 10:23 "I have the right to do anything," you say--but not everything is beneficial. "I have the right to do anything" -- but not everything is constructive.

Judges 18:5-6 They say to him, "Inquire of God, please, that we may know whether our way on which we are going will be prosperous." The priest said to them, "Go in peace; your way in which you are going has the Lord's approval."

This is just a snippet from one of the conversations I had with God when he was letting me know that I was spending to much time being consumed by social media, the news, and everything that was going on around me, but not enough time with God being productive for him .
